Good	Cronbach Alpha reported at .95 for total score, test-retest .85 for each subscale. Interrater reliabilities ranged from .69 to .91 for all age levels. Data were not available for this review concerning the size or nature of these samples.

Utility
Good	The instrument consists of 48 items that can be rated on a 5-point scale based on frequency of behavior observed and documented by educational personnel in about 15 to 20 minutes per student.

Interpretation

Fair

Promotional literature indicates that the standardization was based on the scores of 1439 students from 15 states in all geographic regions of the U.S. (the same number of students reported for the previous edition). Separate norms are provided for male and female students. Sub-scales include: intellectual, creativity, specific academic aptitude, leadership ability, and performing and visual arts.
