Validity
FairFour studies are reported for content validity involving over 3,000 subjects. Includes data for High School students.

Reliability
GoodStability on 16 factors ranged from.43 to .88 after 2 months using 176 subjects, and .23 to .64 after 4 years with 636 subjects. Equivalence in 7 studies ranged from .24-.73.

Utility
GoodThe test can be administered in about 20-50 minutes to individuals or groups. Scoring is external followed by a printed report. The items are multiple-choice. The measure can be scored locally or externally.

Interpretation
ExcellentScores form the basis for the construction of 16 independent scales. Composite scores for the creativity scale are available. Separate male and female plus combined norms are available. Norms are based on over 3,000 subjects. Norms and profiles are also presented for over 100 occupational and clinical syndrome groups.
