Ordering Information:

Orders can be placed by mail, by phone from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Eastern time, Monday through Friday, or by e-mail or fax at any time. Prices and availability are subject to change. Payment for all orders must be in U.S. Funds. We accept checks drawn on U.S. banks, money orders, or purchase orders from schools or other established educational or governmental agencies. We also accept MasterCard and VISA. Florida residents add applicable sales tax. To keep costs as low as possible, we are not able to provide examination copies.

Shipping:

We ship via UPS or Priority Mail. Shipping charges will be added to all orders; the minimum is $4.00. If you need your order shipped overnight, priority, or second day air, please call our office, to find out what is available to your area and the costs.

US Orders.

For orders exceeding $30.00, to be shipped within the contiguous U.S., the shipping charge will be 15% of the subtotal. For orders over $100, the shipping percentage will be reduced based on the actual weight and shipping costs.

Foreign Orders.

For orders from Canada, from outside the contiguous U.S.,

or other foreign countries, the actual cost of shipping and

insurance will be charged.

Terms:

Our terms are Net - ROI (Receipt of Invoice). Accounts must be current for new orders to be shipped. Service or finance charges are applicable on past due accounts at the rate of 1.5% per month on amounts 30 days past due, which is equal to an annual rate of 18%.
