Who We Are

We believe that all people have strengths and talents that are important to recognize, develop, and use throughout life.

We also believe that people of all ages can improve their skills and ability to use creative and critical thinking, problem solving, and decision making, and that research on learning style helps us to understand how people develop and use their talents in unique and personal ways.

Our work builds on more than five decades of research, development, and practical experience in organizations.

We work with many agencies and organizations who seek to help people discover develop, and apply their strengths and talents. Our clients include schools, school districts, state agencies, museums and science centers, churches, arts organizations, professional associations, international educational organizations.
