Interpretation
Fair Scores reflect three dimensions of group communication: influence regarding the task, cooperation, expectational control. Norming numbers and dates are not provided in the manual. Used with preschool, school-age groups; adult groups; counseling groups, and training groups ranging in size from 2 to 30.

Propriety
Fair Has been applied in settings varying in age, racial-ethnic identity, education level and gender.
