Fair The data are inconsistent and limited in scope.

Good After 4 weeks where N-45, stability ranged from .30 to .67 on the 9 sub-scores. Internal consistency was .78 to .93 based on 452 cases. While promising these data are limited in value by the small sample size.

Fair The measure can be administered to groups by any professional, untimed, in about 45 minutes. While administration directions are clear there are no scoring directions on the test form, making self-scoring difficult. Scoring is by the teacher or the subject.

Fair Nine categories provide scores including: fundamentals of leadership; written communication; speech communications; values clarification; group dynamics; problem solving; personal development; decision making; and planning. The small numbers used for norming make interpretation and application of the scores difficult.

Fair While appropriate uses and applications of the measure are discussed, there is no consideration of possible misapplication of the scores.
