Sub-scores and totals are compared with traditional Piaget measures of convergent and divergent thinking. Comparisons with divergent test responses were in the .50’s and were significant in most cases. |

Stability on four separate activities was .58 to .79. The overall correlation was .84 for a sample of 3- to 5-year-olds over 2 weeks. Inter-rater reliability was .90 to .99. MMY #9, in 1985, reported that a limited body of data had been gathered. |

The instructions are clear. The examiner becomes involved with the child in the introductory phases of the testing activities. The test is administered individually taking from 10 to 30 minutes. Verbal and/or action responses recorded. Instructions for scoring are clear easy to follow. |
